Rajesh Mehta is the Treasury and Trade Solutions Head for Citi Global Transaction Services in Europe Middle East & Africa (EMEA). He is responsible for the provision of cash management, treasury and trade solutions to a broad range of customers including financial institutions, governments, multinational corporations, top local companies, small and medium enterprises.
 
GTS's Treasury and Trade Services delivers comprehensive solutions and services to global and domestic corporations, financial institutions and the public sector.
 
GTS provides industry leading cash management, treasury and trade services and trade finance solutions to corporations, financial institutions and government entities across the globe through its Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) business, and custody and clearing services, fund services, securities finance and issuer services to capital markets participants world-wide through its Securities and Fund Services (SFS) business.
 
Rajesh has been with Citi for 26 years and has held numerous roles across the globe throughout his career. He began working for Citi in India and then moved to Singapore, then as Cash Management and Trade Head for Indonesia, Global Transaction Services Head for Mexico and Regional Cash Management and Trade Head for Latin America, based in Buenos Aires. In 2002, he was appointed Global Transaction Services Head for Sub Saharan Africa, based in Johannesburg. In January 2007, Rajesh moved to London to become the Regional Payments Head for EMEA, assuming responsibility for Cash Management in October 2007 and his current position in March 2008.
 
Rajesh holds a bachelors degree in economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
