Nadir Darrah was named Citi Chief Auditor in March 2022 and has over 25 years of audit experience. He is responsible for the Internal Audit function, providing audit assurance on governance, risk management and the control environment across Citi. His current focus is to ensure the Internal Audit function is a value-driven, efficient and effective function that helps promote the control excellence agenda at Citi.Nadir was previously the Chief Auditor of Citibank, N.A. Data and Transformation. Ernesto Torres Cantú was appointed Citi’s Head of International in September 2023 and is a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team.Ernesto is responsible for Citi outside North America, working in close partnership with all products and functions, to be the preeminent bank for clients with cross-border needs and a global leader in wealth management. His role also includes direct accountability for delivering industry leading risk and controls and providing comprehensive oversight of all legal entities across Citi’s International markets.Ernesto joined Citi as a corporate banker and has a career of over three decades at the firm spanning several leadership roles. Most recently, Ernesto served for nearly four years as CEO of Citi Latin America. Zdenek Turek was named Citi’s Chief Risk Officer in February 2021. He leads the global Risk Management organization, which oversees Citi’s risk governance framework and risk appetite, and ensures all risks generated by the firm’s businesses are measured, reviewed and monitored on an ongoing basis. He is a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team.Prior to being named Interim Chief Risk Officer for Citi in December 2020, Zdenek served as EMEA Chief Risk Officer and was a member of the EMEA Operating Committee. Previously, Zdenek was Chief Executive Officer of Citibank Europe Plc, which includes 22 countries across the region, as well as Europe Cluster Head. Shahmir Khaliq is the Head of Services at Citi and a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team. Andy Sieg joined Citi in September 2023 as Head of Wealth. He is a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team.Andy was previously the president of Merrill Wealth Management, where he oversaw a team of more than 25,000 people providing investment and wealth management services to individuals and businesses across the U.S. He joined Merrill Lynch in 1992, and previously held senior strategy, product and field leadership roles in the wealth management business.From 2005 to 2009, Andy served as a senior wealth management executive at Citi. He returned to Merrill Lynch in 2009 after the firm’s acquisition by Bank of America. Earlier in his career, Andy served in the White House as an aide to the assistant to the President for Economic and Domestic Policy.Andy earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School. He serves on the Board of the Friends of Notre-Dame de Paris and as an Advisory Council Member for the Stanford Center on Longevity. Andy is also co-lead of the global Citi Women inclusion network.

Andy Sieg

Viswas "Vis" Raghavan is the Head of Banking and Executive Vice Chair at Citi. As Head of Banking, he oversees the firm’s corporate, commercial and investment banking activities, and partners with Citi’s international franchises to drive global delivery of the firm’s resources across nearly 100 markets. In his role as Executive Vice Chair, Vis helps shape and drive Citi’s firm-wide strategy, including the development and execution of key strategic initiatives across the firm. He is a member of Citi's Executive Management Team and the Board of Citi Foundation.Prior to joining Citi, Vis was Head of Global Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan, after previously having served as Co-Head of Global Investment and Corporate Banking since 2020. In addition to his global Banking responsibilities, he was also Chief Executive Officer of J.P. Morgan in Europe, the Middle East and Africa since 2017, working with the bank's senior country officers and business heads to deliver for clients across all lines of business in the region. He first joined J.P. Morgan in 2000 and has held senior roles in Debt and Equity Capital Markets globally.Vis grew up in India and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from The University of Bombay and holds a Bachelor of Science honors degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from Aston University in Birmingham, U.K., from where he also received an honorary doctorate in 2016. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Tim Ryan joined Citi in June 2024 as Head of Technology and Business Enablement and is a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team. Tim works closely with Citi's Transformation and Operations teams to drive cross-firm process simplification and modernization.With over 30 years of diversified experience in the financial services industry, Tim has served clients both in the U.S. and internationally. He is adept at leading large-scale transformation, evolving organizational culture, and bringing workforce and business operations into the digital age across the front, middle and back office.Before joining Citi, Tim served as Chair and Senior Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, overseeing the firm’s strategy and execution, as well as the activities of PwC’s 75,000 people. Previously, he served as Vice Chairman, where his responsibilities included strategy, investor relations, regulatory affairs, public policy, corporate responsibility, marketing and sales, and human capital.He serves on the Board of Battelle Memorial Institute and previously served on the Board of The Brookings Institute as well as the Trustees of the Financial Accounting Foundation where he co-chaired the Standards Oversight Committee.Tim is a certified public accountant in Massachusetts and New York and graduated from Babson College with a focus on accounting and communications. He is the proud father of six children and is passionate about spending time with his children, hockey, running and reading.

She is a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team and serves on Citi’s Global Women’s Network’s steering committee.Since joining Citi in 2020, Pam has led a multi-year transformation of the cards business. In her now expanded role, she oversees proprietary cards including Citi Strata Elite, Double Cash and Simplicity, as well as marquee card partnerships including American Airlines, Costco, Best Buy and The Home Depot. She is responsible for Citi’s ThankYou Rewards platform, Citi Travel, and innovative lending solutions including Citi Flex Pay and Flex Loan, shaping how millions of consumers engage with Citi across payments, credit, and everyday spending. Under her leadership, the business launched innovative new products, drove strong growth and returns, and reinforced Citi’s position as a leading U.S. credit card issuer.Prior to Citi, Pam was the Head of Consumer Branch Banking and Wealth Management at Chase, where she helped Chase achieve market leadership and spearheaded the Sapphire Reserve launch. Earlier in her career, Pam spent nearly 20 years at American Express where she launched more than a dozen products and built key partnerships with Costco, Delta Air Lines and Starwood Hotels.Pam has been recognized by American Banker as one of the Most Powerful Women in Banking, PaymentsSource as one of the Most Influential Women in Payments and by Crain’s as one of its Notable Women on Wall Street. Pam Habner

Mark Mason is Executive Vice Chair and Senior Executive Advisor to the Chair and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Citi. In this capacity, he provides strategic counsel to the CEO and senior leadership team, supporting the firm’s long-term strategy, operating priorities and key stakeholder engagement.Prior to this role, Mr. Mason served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Citi from February 2019 to February 2026. As CFO, he led the company's financial stewardship through a decade marked by significant macroeconomic turbulence. His work over the past seven years has included recasting the firm’s strategy to generate higher returns and increase capital distribution to shareholders while simultaneously driving Citi’s international consumer divestitures and delivering against the firmwide transformation as well as rebuilding investor confidence.Mr. Mason joined Citi in 2001 and has held several senior operational, strategic and financial leadership roles, including CEO of Citi Private Bank, CFO of the Institutional Clients Group, and CFO and Head of Strategy and M&amp;A for Citi’s Global Wealth Management division. Mr. Mason was instrumental in navigating the firm through the Global Financial Crisis in his capacity as Chief Operating Officer and then CEO of Citi Holdings.Prior to joining Citi, Mr. Mason was Director of Strategy and Business Development at Lucent Technologies and spent several years as a strategy consultant with Marakon Associates. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs.Mr. Mason serves as Vice Chair and Trustee of Howard University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and graduated with Honors. Jane is committed to making Citi the preeminent banking partner for institutions with cross-border needs, a global leader in wealth management and a valued personal bank in its home market of the U.S. She was named Chair of the Board in October 2025.&nbsp; During her over 20-year career at Citi, Jane has held leadership roles across Citi’s consumer and institutional businesses. Before becoming CEO, she was President of Citi and CEO of the Global Consumer Bank. She also served as Global Head of Strategy and M&amp;A, CEO of Citi’s Private Bank and CEO of Citigroup Latin America, among other leadership roles. Jane joined Citi in 2004 in the Corporate and Investment Banking division. Before joining Citi, Jane was a Partner at McKinsey &amp; Company. &nbsp; Jane serves on the Board of Directors of the Business Roundtable, the Council on Foreign Relations, the U.S. Saudi Business Council and the Partnership for New York City. She is Chair of the Financial Services Forum and a member of the Federal Reserve Bank’s Federal Advisory Council, Group of Thirty, Monetary Authority of Singapore’s International Advisory Panel, Harvard Business School’s Board of Dean’s Advisors, the Stanford Global Advisory Board and the Economic Club of New York.
