Senior Program Manager
Diane Hauser is a Senior Program Manager on the employee engagement team at the Citi Foundation. Diane coordinates and provides oversight for Citi's internal volunteer event management platform – the Volunteer Management System - and works with key internal partners to create resources and training tools designed to help employees globally engage in volunteerism. In addition, Diane is responsible for helping to design new engagement models and working alongside Citi Volunteer Councils and other internal and external partners to expand volunteering opportunities and deepen impact.
Diane is a veteran employee of Citi, joining the firm in 1995 and supporting several departments within Smith Barney before joining the Citi Foundation team in 2005.
Diane holds a BA in Biological Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo and is an active volunteer in her community.
