Isabella Cardona is a Program Manager at the Citi Foundation managing grant making efforts across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Before joining the Foundation in 2016, Isabella held various positions within Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg's administration. As an AmeriCorps member, Isabella served as a volunteer coordinator for the Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs, where she led volunteer recruitment and management efforts for a program that helps immigrant New Yorkers practice English and learn about city services through volunteer-led conversation groups. She also worked in the Mayor's Community Affairs Unit and Office of Housing Recovery Operations as Mayor Bloomberg's official community liaison to Staten Island in the wake of Hurricane Sandy.
Isabella holds a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from the Macaulay Honors College at the College of Staten Island and is a 2017 Master of Public Administration candidate at the Baruch College School of Public and International Affairs.
