Sharon Den is a Program Manager on the employee engagement team at the Citi Foundation. Sharon coordinates and manages employee engagement initiatives, working collaboratively across business units to promote and support volunteerism and community involvement with a focus on programs throughout the United States. Sharon also manages the Citi Discounts to the Arts program which provides employees with free or discounted access to prominent cultural institutions across New York City.
Before joining Citi in 2010, Sharon was the Project Manager for the Deputy Mayor for Legal Affairs in the administration of New York City Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg. She served as the primary contact for constituents and outside organizations on all matters pertaining to the office, and was responsible for conducting research and formulating responses to issues surrounding domestic violence, immigrant affairs, access for the disabled, and criminal justice, among other areas.
Sharon holds a BA in Anthropology with a Minor in Russian Language and Literature from Dartmouth College.
