Citi Announces Winners of Smarter Worklife Challenge

Leading tech companies propose digital innovations to enhance Citi's workplace

New York – Today Citi announced the top innovations from the Smarter Worklife Challenge, an inaugural competition and pitch event inviting leading tech companies to propose digital human resources solutions to enhance Citi's evolving workplace.

Solutions that will share a cash award of US$50,000 include Rocketrip, Infolio and Cooleaf. Rocketrip offers employee rewards through travel savings, and Infolio and Cooleaf are workplace platforms that encourage collaboration and team building, respectively. Citi established the Smarter Worklife Challenge, to identify digital platforms that can enhance the professional journey of its employees – from recruitment through retirement.
