“The Cube” is divided into four segments:

1. Chief Information Officers:
   "CIO's" responsible for ensuring business and technology alignment, program execution, and cost and compliance controllership.
2. Strategic Initiatives:
   Initiatives that deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness than could otherwise be achieved.
3. Support Services:
   Resources internally focused on the IT community, e.g. CTO, Security, HR, Finance, Communications, etc.
4. Infrastructure:
   Single point of responsibility /accountability for physical environment.
