We are a market leader in corporate banking and ouroffering of products and services has been gradually enhanced to include small and medium-sized companies. Businesses We entered the retail banking business in January 2001 with our Global Consumer Group and a number of products and services are now offered to Citi clients , such as personal accounts, credit cards, personal loans, mutual fund investments and CitiGold, the private banking service. To date, we have opened nine branches and three centres for small and medium-sized companies in the Czech Republic. Our strategy is to offer an individual and modern approach and our sales network is being adjusted to fully meet this objective. We offer all of our products through the internet and via telephone banking, plus we have a network of more than one thousand sales specialists who operate across the Czech Republic.
