History Citi, through its subsidiary, Nigeria International Bank Limited (NIB) has had a presence in Nigeria since 1984. In 2004, we marked our 20th year of operations in Nigeria by announcing the construction of our new head office on Ozumba Mbadiwe Road, Victoria Island, Lagos – Nigeria's commercial nerve centre. The new building was officially opened on 19 September 2007.
