Our Programs

The business is training its next generation of leaders through its Management Associate Program. The Program is split into four six-month rotations in various functions and exposes participants to a broad range of experiences within The Student Loan Corporation. The rotations may require relocation to various sites where business operations are located (Rochester, NY; Stamford, CT; Sioux Falls, SD). Participants immerse themselves in various functional areas, including marketing, sales, credit, finance, technology, and operations. The Program offers exposure to top leadership, including mentoring by senior business mangers.

Management Associates learn the business through multi-functional perspectives and work closely with teams at various sites within the US on key business initiatives within the Student Loan Corporation.

Upon successful completion of the Program...

Based on the needs of the business, it is anticipated that Management Associates will be placed in a post-Program assignment with management responsibility within one of the key functions of The Student Loan Corporation.

• MBA with a concentration in Finance, Marketing, Operations, Strategy, or General Management
• 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience
