Our Programs

The Talent Acceleration Program (TAP) is designed to develop high potential talent for future leadership roles. After completing the 24-month program, you will be prepared to assume a frontline manager role in any one of our major operating units. While on program, you will gain experience in a customer contact role, develop your own leadership style by interacting with and observing others, and lead a group of associates to deliver business results. The program is divided into three experience phases: Customer Experience, Leadership Experience, and Team Experience. The Customer Experience is six months in length and involves understanding our customer facing operations. During this time you will attend new hire-training and complete a rotation as an Associate. The Leadership Experience lasts twelve months and provides a unique opportunity to observe other operational leaders and begin to mold your own unique leadership style. Your experience will be driven by a self-paced curriculum, regular interactions with your manager sponsor and extensive training, both online and classroom-based. The final phase, the Team Experience, lasts six months. During this time you will be responsible for the performance and development of a team of approximately ten associates. Upon successful completion of the Team Experience, you will be ready to assume a frontline operations management role.
