Roles of an MA
Miguel de Cárdenas – Citi Cards Telesales Channel Specialist (former Trainee Associate):
As a former MA, my experience includes various roles within Spanish and Regional Organizations, such as Operations and Technology, collaborating in the development of automatic and standard mobile sales solutions in Madrid, Credit Card Business Plan & Analysis of EMEA countries P&L in London (UK), or Sales and Distribution where I actually had the opportunity to bring new customers through our outsourced telemarketing sales channel back in Spain.
These are just some of the experiences you get to gain while working for Trainee Associate Program, but in general and most importantly, you start to learn how Citi’s Senior Management manages to run today’s pre-eminent financial services company, with some 200 million customer accounts in more than 100 countries. No other company can offer that to any of their young professionals. That I am completely sure of.
