Our Programs

The Technology Leadership Program (TLP) begins each June and is a two-year program designed to harness and develop the leadership potential of its participants. The program contains four six-month rotations which provide diverse opportunities within our North America Information Technology Organization. Two career paths have been designed to sharpen your development; The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) path focuses more on the technical intricacies of the system being deployed, while the Chief Information Officer (CIO) path encompasses all strategy, planning, coordination, and implementation of information technology. Each of the 4 rotations is aligned with whichever career path they have chosen.

In addition, each participant’s experience begins with a one-month TLP Bootcamp designed to fully prepare participants for success so they can hit the ground running and make a real impact on the business immediately. In addition to Bootcamp, a best-in-class training program is interlaced throughout the program. The curriculum has been developed especially for TLP participants. It combines classroom learning and online self-coaching modules to enhance the on-the-job experience. Once program members have completed the program, they will be placed in a permanent position in one our North America IT lines of business.

The TLP Summer Intern Program is a challenging opportunity designed to engage rising juniors and seniors in a 12-week assignment within Information Technology. Assignments may involve work in Infrastructure, Business Intelligence, Web Development or other IT disciplines as well as classroom and web-based training throughout the summer. These summer internships will be the primary source for our Technology Leadership Program full time positions.
