<question qtext="How would you describe your team and the people you work with?">

In Cash Management - Global Payments, the diversity of its personnel is something that stands out in the day-by-day activities. People in the group not only bring a different perspective but also are always open to each others views. This characteristic is crucial to a global business with so many variables and interdependencies as ours.

	<question qtext="What do you consider Citi's competitive edge?">

The great advantage that Citi has in the marketplace is its global footprint. This is particularly true for Global Transaction Services, a business that has a presence in more than 100 countries and is able to compete efficiently with each one of the local players in a wide range of products.

	<question qtext="What other groups do you liaise with regularly within the Firm?">

As Im part of a team that is launching a new product, Im dealing with a great variety of groups such as Financial Control, Technology, Operations, Client Delivery, Sales, Marketing, and Legal. Besides all of the functional partners, I also deal daily with my counterparts (Product Managers) from the Regional and Country level.

	</question>

	<question qtext="How do you apply your degree to what you're doing now?">

Im fortunate to say that Im able to use almost every skill that I gained during my MBA experience. From business requirements definitions to segmenting and targeting our customers; from revenue forecast and analysis to strategy definition; every day I keep thinking about the concepts that I learned in Business School and how to use them in our product.

	</question>

	<question qtext="What do you enjoy doing outside work?">

I love to go out with my fiancée' and friends for some drinks and a good chat. I also like to practice outdoor activities such as jogging and beach volleyball. A good movie at home on Friday nights is always a good way to spend my spare time.
