		<p>School was theory and the workplace is the real world where theory is applied but does not always work as planned. Being flexible, expecting and embracing change, demonstrate leadership and enjoy each day is road to success. Find successful mentors and sponsors and maintain an updated network. Stay in touch with others while staying abreast of your job responsibilities and the current climate at the workplace.</p>

		<p>Dynamic and invigorating career at Citi where the opportunities are plenty.</p>

		<p>I was asked to train new methodology to all regions. I learned different cultures, traveled globally and have people all around the globe that I continue to work with. Oh, And I also learned how to teach.</p>
