<question qtext="What about your career excites you the most - gets you out of bed in the morning?">

It is enjoyable that everyday I have the opportunity to work with highly intelligent, motivated people on deals for some of the top companies in the region. Being a part of truly landmark deals and seeing them as they are being put together is a great part of the job.

<question qtext="What other groups do you liaise with regularly within the Firm?">

Working on the M&A team we often liaise with industry groups in Hong Kong and also with groups from around the world. There are multiple projects when we have team members in Hong Kong, London and the US. This makes the scheduling of conference calls a little tricky though.

<question qtext="How do you apply your degree to what you're doing now?">

For me having an MBA was crucial to being able to do my job. Not having a finance undergraduate degree and entering as an associate, the skills and tools of an MBA come into play often.

<question qtext="What skills have you found to be the most useful in your position?">

Being able to work and communicate well with people is an invaluable asset that can save a lot of trouble and make work a lot easier. Personal skills in dealing with people are as important as the technical skills required for the job.
