		<p>Be prepared to work hard. Hard work is enjoyable when the work is interesting and you enjoy the company of those you work with. Don't wait for responsibility or projects to be given to you but seek them and show initiative. Emphasize on learning and try and learn something from every experience.</p>

		<p>My degrees in Economics and Business Administration have helped me tremendously, both being extremely relevant to my present job. They have helped me understand the macroeconomic perspectives, views and market movements, very important for my role, besides enhancing my understanding of business aspects.</p>

		<p>My summer project in FICC provided me with an insight and developed my interests in markets. My project was interesting, challenging and exciting which aroused my interests in this field and helped me to make a decision to pursue a career in Citi. As a part of Citi I would be able to work with some of the brightest professionals in the industry, in turn, enhancing my skills.</p>
