My career starts as an engineer in IT industry to develop software, moved to sales and marketing in the same industry. After studying finance and economics in LSE, I joined Citi as Relationship Manager, and I found this function really well matched my sales experience and finance background.

<question qtext="Describe the most memorable experience you've ever had at Citi.">

I’m covering auto industry in Korea. Especially Hyundai-Kia Automotive Group. While Hyundai invests into Czech republic and Kia into Slovakia, I had a chance to be assigned to Central Europe to support their investment for 6 months. It was exciting and there’s a lot to lean and experience during this cross-regional assignment.

<question qtext="What skills have you found to be the most useful in your position?">

Communication. Though coverage should have broad and deep product knowledge as well as deep understanding of client, communication and coordination to make the transaction happed and execute is the key roll of RM. Efficient communication skill is the most useful.

<question qtext="Describe your experience in your specific training program.">

Joining Citi, I had six weeks intensive training program covering economics, credit, products and what I can directly use in the field position. This program is designed to apply Citi risk policy, product and marketing to one existing client through six weeks. The highlight was the presentation to the real RM team of the client on the last day of the program.
