	<question qtext="What advice would you offer prospective candidates on transitioning from school to the workplace?"><![CDATA[
		<p><span><span>Identify your strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes before looking for a role.&nbsp;Research jobs so that you a good idea of what they involve.&nbsp;At the end of the day, what makes us get up for work is whether we enjoy what we are doing and the people we work with.&nbsp;</span></span>

	<question qtext="Describe the most memorable experience you&#039;ve ever had at Citi."><![CDATA[
		<p>I produced a fun internal video to showcase our achievements in that past year and our future goals.&nbsp;I assisted with the creative brief, convinced our regional offices to send in videos, worked with producers and film crews and was invovled in the editing process.&nbsp;The most memorable part was filming a really fun tug-of-war scene with other London employees outside the tube station whilst half of Canary Wharf looked on.&nbsp;</p>

	<question qtext="What other groups do you liaise with regularly within the Firm?"><![CDATA[
		<p>GTS Marketing works closely with our partners to promote the Citi brand, create origination tools and develop client communication strategies.&nbsp;These partners include the Global Commercial Bank (GCB), the Financial Institutions Group (FIG), and the GTS Product teams i.e. Cash, Trade Sales and Trade Services, Securities and Fund Services.&nbsp;We also work with Legal, Graphics and Corporate Affairs on a regular basis.</p>

	<question qtext="What skills have you found to be the most useful in your position?"><![CDATA[
		<p>Working in Marketing requires a wide range of skills.&nbsp;Effective verbal and written communication with colleagues and clients is the most important as we work with individuals in different teams and organisations.&nbsp;Additionally, good time management and the ability to multi-task is critical when juggling multiple projects and deadlines.&nbsp;Knowing how to use my network to assist is also key.&nbsp;</p>

	<question qtext="Describe your experience in your specific training program."><![CDATA[
		<p>Prior to starting, we had 3 weeks in London for some team-building exercises, financial and accounting training.&nbsp;After this, we had 3 more weeks in Budapest for GTS training.&nbsp;We trained with analysts from across the bank when in London and with GTS analysts from more than 10 EMEA regional offices when in Budapest.&nbsp;Training allowed us to meet colleagues from all over the bank and outside where the locations that we are based.&nbsp;Mid-programme training takes place after the first year and before our final 2 rotations as the EMEA GTS Programme is 2 years long.</p>

	<question qtext="How did your summer internship help you make the decision to pursue a career at Citi? "><![CDATA[
		<p>I completed an internship with the Foreign Subsidiaries team in Corporate Client Management (now the Global Commercial Bank) in 2005.<span>&nbsp;&nbsp; Over 12 weeks, I was exposed to the business, the people, and the Citi culture.&nbsp;The knowledge that GTS is a key business with growth potential, support from my colleagues and a well-structured analyst programme were the main reasons I decided to stay at Citi. </span></p>
