<question qtext="How would you describe your team and the people you work with?">

The knowledge, talent and professionalism of everyone I have interacted with at Citi constantly impresses me. The Product Managers in the team have a deep and extensive knowledge of their products as well as the business and use a consultative and partnership approach to provide sophisticated banking solutions to satisfy client needs and build long-term relationships. Teamwork plays a key role in this area and it is extremely interesting to observe the interactions between people to harness complementary skills and use these in a way that is beneficial to the entire team. The team is drawn from diverse backgrounds and there is a genuine willingness to mentor and pass on knowledge and experiences.
