I am currently a member of three groups. The first is Citi Roots, which is a networking group for employees of ethnic minorities. They arrange events which celebrate different cultures in many different forms such as music, art and business. I am a member of Toast Masters, which is an organisation where members come and give impromptu and prepared speeches in front of other members who provide constructive feedback. I have also participated in volunteer days; the latest excursion was to paint a primary school in East London. Also there is nothing like playing a game of Rugby for the bank after a satisfactory day in the office.
