My name is Bill Mills and I'm the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer 
of markets and banking for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.  EMEA 
is an incredibly exciting opportunity.  The underlying dynamics in the 
market in EMEA have resulted in this region being one of the fastest-growing
 regions in the world.  We cover over a hundred countries with presence in 
fifty.  Citi is the most global organization in the world.  We try to move 
our professionals around the world, give them a global perspective, have 
been continue their education over the entire global stage.  We believe at 
Citi that we produce some of the most well rounded and well-trained 
professionals.  Our success in the fact that we are the largest financial 
services company in the world is predicated on the success of our clients.  
We fuel our client that our partners and we have relationships with clients 
that date back many generations.  I started with the Citi almost 25 years 
ago in New York.  I then spent time in Asia, based in Hong Kong, then here 
in London.  Only with a company like Citi, with its global footprint, could 
you have such a diverse career.
