My name is Donald Felix and I'm an associate in the investment banking division.  
In my group, financial institutions mergers and acquisitions, we basically deal 
with large mergers and acquisitions transactions for the major financial services
companies throughout the world.  In my role at Citi I have the great opportunity 
to run the deal s and run the deal process in conjunction with my senior officer 
and junior analysts.  Working with the largest financial institution in the world 
gives me the opportunity to work, not only with clients in every part of the globe, 
but also to work with my Citi counterparts in different offices.  We have the 
opportunity to be on the largest transactions that take place in the capital market. 
I started with Citi right out of undergrad.  I had a great opportunity and experience 
to work with a corporate bank, decided I wanted to try a new career path, went to 
business school and Citi afforded me the opportunity to return in its investment 
banking division.  Of undergraduate, it's really important for me to work for an 
institution that has global opportunities and the developmentive program.  Citi
