My name is Shaphan Marwah.  I work on the trading floor in Hong Kong for Citi 
and I help manage the banks money to get the best return for it.  At Citi there
is a lot of opportunity to work in different products and different geographies.  
I then at Citi for two years and I've worked in London, Shanghai and Hong Kong.  
I started working in London, right after graduating two years ago.  I wanted to 
come back to Hong Kong where I was born and Citi enabled me to do that.  When I 
first came to Hong Kong, I joined the management training program, and I got a 
lot out of it.  At Citi, they really invest in you.  People here have really 
taken a genuine interest in my career.  They have encouraged me and challenged 
me in many ways.  Citi is everywhere I needed them to be.
