My name is Suni Harford managing director and the global head of fixed income strategy 
and analysis at Citi.  Fixed income strategy analysis is fixed income research.  We 
are the rocket scientists, if you will, behind the trading strategies that we put out 
for both our trading desks and our customers around the globe.  One of the most important 
things, I think, starting out in a rear is to realize that they don't know where they are 
going to be 5, 10 or 15 years down the line, either professionally or personally.  So 
working with a firm where you can do a variety of things throughout your career is very 
important.  And finding one place where you can do that, should be a top priority.  The 
great thing about Citi is that we have a tremendous, almost unlimited, number of 
opportunities geographically, product wise, skill set wise.  There is an unlimited 
number of things you can do here at Citi.
