(NYSE: C) September 23, 2003 Working Mother: Citigroup Among 100 Best Companies for Working Mothers Citigroup has been selected, for the 13th time, as one of the “100 Best Companies for Working Mothers” by Working Mother magazine. The magazine released its annual list of the “100 Best Companies for Working Mothers” today. Working Mother began assessing workplace cultures 18 years ago and found that as little as four years ago only 30 percent of the companies on its list had a strong array of child care and flexibility options. Now most companies do, and they’re getting stronger, the magazine reports. “We are pleased to once again be recognized as one of the top companies for working mothers,” said Sanford I.
