Rollauer will join the company as Director of Global Compliance on October 14, 2003. Mr. Rollauer will report to Michael S. Helfer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and be responsible for Global Compliance for Citigroup and all of its member companies. "Senior Management and the Board of Directors are committed to having a strong compliance organization. We are pleased to have someone of Tom's background and experience in compliance join us," said Charles O. Prince, Chief Executive Officer. “We are continually scrutinizing our practices in order to adhere to the highest standards, and the changes we have made over the last year are increasingly embedded in our compliance processes and systems,” said Michael Helfer. "Tom’s experience in the regulatory and private sectors makes him uniquely qualified to ensure that we continue to improve and enhance our processes." Mr. Rollauer joins Citigroup from Deloitte & Touche where he was the partner responsible for the firm's bank regulatory consulting practice. Prior to Deloitte & Touche, Mr. Rollauer was with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in New York for seventeen years where he was the Examiner-in-Charge for Citibank in the early 1980s and the Director of Bank Supervision for the Northeastern District. Mr. Rollauer received his MA from the John F.
