Citigroup Declares Dividends
NEW YORK, October 18, 2005 – The Board of Directors of Citigroup (NYSE: C) today declared a quarterly dividend on the company’s common stock of 44 cents per share, payable on November 23, 2005, to stockholders of record on November 7, 2005.
The Board also declared dividends on preferred stock as follows:
– Series F, payable December 1, 2005, to holders of record on November 15, 2005. Holders of depositary receipts, each representing one-fifth of a full preferred share, will be paid $.795625 for each receipt held.
– Series G, payable December 1, 2005, to holders of record on November 15, 2005. Holders of depositary receipts, each representing one-fifth of a full preferred share, will be paid $.776625 for each receipt held.
– Series H, payable February 1, 2006, to holders of record on January 13, 2006. Holders of depositary receipts, each representing one-fifth of a full preferred share, will be paid $.778875 for each receipt held.
– Series M, payable February 1, 2006, to holders of record on January 13, 2006. Holders of depositary receipts, each representing one-fifth of a full preferred share, will be paid $.733 for each receipt held.
– Series V, payable November 15, 2005, to holders of record on October 31, 2005. Holders of depositary receipts, each representing one-tenth of a full preferred share, will be paid $.7325 for each receipt held.
