Citibank Turkey Offers Personal Loan Customers Market First Concierge & Assistance Service
 
Citibank launched free of charge concierge and assistance service for its personal loan customers. It is a first bank in the Turkish market that provides concierge and assistance service for its personal loan customers.
 
Within the context of the concierge service, Citibank personal loan customers can order tickets for social activities such as cinema, concert, theater, and sports. The customers can also have the tickets delivered to their address. The customers can also make reservations and buy tickets for the intercity ferry trips, order flowers for any address within the country, order books, and CDs and DVDs and the delivery is free of charge for Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya and Bursa cities. As part of this service, Citibank personal loan customers can also get information and make reservations for restaurants in Turkey.
 
Within the context of the Assistance Service, Citibank personal loan customers can benefit from car technical aid services, home assistance service and locksmith service.
 
Car Technical Aid Services – supplies a tow or a mobile car service in case your car breaks down or damaged because of an accident. Citibank covers car technical aid service cost up to 200 YTL.
 
Home Assistance Service – supplies plumber or an electrician in case of a water or electricity problem emerges at home. Citibank covers home assistance service costs up to 50 YTL three times a year.
 
Locksmith service – is at your service, in case you forget or lose your keys. Citibank covers locksmith service costs up to 50 YTL three times a year.
 
Commenting on the service, Enis Kurtoglu, Head, Consumer Lending Business, Citibank Turkey said: "Personal loans continue to gain importance in the banking system. In line with the expectations and needs of our customers, we started to offer these privileges that we previously offered to our credit card customers only, to our personal loan customers."
