Banamex Offers Remarkable Discounts in New PyME Package
Mexico D.F. Today Banamex announced a new tariff scheme for the products and services integrated in the Banamex PyME's Package. As of this moment, all businessmen who pay their employees' payroll with Banamex debit cards or Banamex checking accounts, making use of electronic transference of funds by means of Corporate BancaNet (BancaNet Empresarial), shall obtain a 35% to 100% discount of their monthly charge.
The cost of the package is 390 pesos per month + IVA for the PyMEs that have from 0 to 100 employees; nevertheless, those who fulfill the mentioned payroll payment conditions can be entitled to the following tariffs:
- $250 pesos a month for the PyMEs that pay between four and 25 employees using the Banamex payroll system (Nomina Banamex), as of the following calendar month and as long as they continue to comply with the number of employees paid through Nomina Banamex.
- Free for those PyMEs who use Nomina Banamex to pay between 26 and 100 employees, also as of the following calendar month and with the same requirement as established in the previous paragraph.
For the companies that already have the PyME package, the discounts in their monthly charge shall be made automatically if they fulfill the mentioned payroll payment conditions. This new fee, or gratuity, shall continue to be in effect as long as the condition referring to the number of employees receiving their salary through Nomina Banamex continues to be complied with.
This package has had wide acceptance in the market, having already been the first to offer a fixed monthly rate or charge for unlimited checks and transactions through electronic banking (Banca Electrónica), including payroll payment. Today new products are included, such as checking accounts in dollars, corporate investment, and credits without opening commissions.
In addition, the companies that require a Point of Sale Terminal shall have preferential rates for invoicing of cards. The rate shall be 2.45% for credit cards and 1.60% for debit cards and sales promotions offering no interest charges.
With these advantages, Banamex continues to support the growth of Mexico's small and medium enterprises.
