Indonesia: Citibank's Newest Branch Targets Business Owners & Retail Customers in Surabaya
Business owners and retail customers in ITC Surabaya now have access to an array of world-class banking services with the opening of Citibank's latest branch in Indonesia, said Shariq Mukhtar, Citi Country Officer at the launch ceremony on April 21.
"Given the increasing demand from retail and corporate customers for a wider range of banking and investment products and services, we believe there are tremendous growth opportunities for Citibank in Surabaya," said Mr. Mukhtar.
He added, "In addition to our ongoing expansion plans, we are also committed to consistently introducing industry-leading technology and services at our branches and via online channels."
The latest launch continues Citibank's near term goal to open more branches in Jakarta and Surabaya. Overall, there are now 19 Citibank branches and 102 ATMs in Indonesia.
The opening hours for the ITC Surabaya branch are 8.30a.m.-3.00p.m., Monday to Friday.
