Citi has entered into a strategic relationship with Wilshire Funds Management, a business unit of Wilshire Associates Incorporated (Wilshire®). Wilshire will leverage Citi’s award-winning OpenWealthsm platform to deliver Wilshire’s core wealth management advisory services. Wilshire will "white-label" OpenWealth for capabilities such as automated household rebalancing and tax-flow optimization, household performance and pre trade compliance functionality, with Citi providing business process outsourcing services to Wilshire’s clients.
Global X Funds - Family of Exchange Traded Funds
Citi announced that it has won a mandate to provide third-party securities lending services for Global X Funds’ family of exchange traded funds. Through OpenLendSM, Citi provides securities lenders boutique services to enhance their portfolio performance, leveraging Citi’s key strengths: unsurpassed global branch network, flexibility, innovation, dynamic reporting, risk management and real-time controls.
Citi Awarded Best Administrator for Hedge Fund Middle Office
Citi Hedge Fund Services was recently awarded Best Administrator for Middle Office by HFMWeek. This is the second year in a row that Citi has received this accolade. In addition, the publication recognized Citi’s fund of hedge fund capabilities with a High Commendation for Fund of Fund Administration award.
Citi Earns Top Awards for Equity Lending Capabilities
Citi has been cited as the "Most Improved Lender" in the 2010 Equity Lending Survey conducted by Global Investor/ISF magazine. In addition, Citi was rated the number one provider in the Market Knowledge: Emerging Markets and the Operations: Trade Support/Settlement award categories. In all, Citi’s equity lending capabilities were ranked among the top three in 17 categories surveyed by the publication.
Citi Expands PE and Real Estate Services into EMEA
Citi has expanded its Private Equity and Real Estate Services capabilities for investment managers and investors based in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Citi has also appointed Kamran Anwar, Product Head for the region.
