In 2007, I joined Citi GRU (Global Reconciliation Utility) department as an account reconciliation specialist with main job of reconciling internal / external accounts, managing outstanding items & preparing independent proofing and reports. After several rotation in Thailand, Australia and Singapore recon team, I volunteered to take lead of migration project of India & Sri Lanka nostro account recon. The on-site training in Penang and initial stage of the project with high intensity helped me developing the habits of getting things planned and organized in logic thinking especially during the period with multi-tasking. With GRU realigned under ISG (Information Service Group) in 2019, it provided broader view and more opportunities to work in partnership with Citi Innovation Lab which helps making technology-driven changes happen.

In 2017, I was honored to participate in WIL (Women In Leadership) program which is a fruitful program with 6 training sessions of soft skills, opportunities to connect with CSTC great minds and challenges to accomplish several projects e.g. Innovation & Citi Lean events. On the day of opening ceremony, all the members, managers and project planners of Human Resource Department gather together to express views freely and look forward to the joy of growth and harvest. The greatest benefit I got from these activities is not only the skills and friendship, but also the idea of ‘To be the best of yourself’ and the enthusiasm of continuously learning and growth with positive and joyful attitude, by which we do a brilliant job in the workplace.
