Miami, Fla. – Citi is excited to announce the launch of Citi® FinTech Meetups, the bank's latest initiative to engage with thriving local developer ecosystems. "Citi is eager to work directly with local developer communities to fuel innovation in financial services globally," said Heather Cox, Chief Client Experience, Digital and Marketing Officer for Global Consumer Banking at Citi. "The goal of Citi FinTech Meetups is to engage financial technology ecosystems that are in the early stages of development and support the startups that could create the next big thing in banking. We want to begin conversations with developers and keep them going as we pilot new ideas at Citi."

"Miami is home to a thriving, talented developer community," said Bob Annibale, Global Director of Citi Community Development and Microfinance.
