David Livingstone was named Citi’s Chief Client Officer in September 2023. In this capacity, David is responsible for driving the delivery of Citi’s coverage and capabilities to clients and enhancing the client experience globally. David is a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team, which he joined in 2019.Previously, David served for almost five years as Chief Executive Officer of Citi’s activities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Under his leadership, Citi grew all of its businesses, operating in over 100 countries in the region, including expanding the Commercial Bank. He also helped Citi to navigate the pandemic in its largest region and led the firm’s response globally to the war in Ukraine and the resulting sanctions against Russia. From 2016 to 2019, David was Citi Country Officer for Australia and New Zealand and a member of Citi’s Asia Pacific Executive Management Team.David joined Citi in 2016 from Credit Suisse AG, where he was Vice Chairman of the Investment Banking and Capital Markets Division and Head of Mergers &amp; Acquisitions for the EMEA region. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Credit Suisse Australia from 2010 to 2013. David joined Credit Suisse in 2007 from HSBC, where he was Head of EMEA Investment Banking Advisory. Prior to that, he worked at the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. for over 16 years in a variety of senior roles in the investment banking division, particularly in the Mergers &amp; Acquisitions department.David has extensive transaction and client experience in Mergers &amp; Acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and capital raisings. Edward Skyler joined Citi in 2010 and is now Head of Enterprise Services &amp; Public Affairs. A member of Citi’s Executive Management Team reporting to the CEO, Edward has responsibility for managing several global operations, including Aviation, Colleague &amp; Client Services and Citi’s real estate portfolio, as well as functions that shape the reputation of Citi, including Communications, Government Affairs, Sustainability/ESG, Community Investing &amp; Development and Citi’s compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). Ernesto Torres Cantú was appointed Citi’s Head of International in September 2023 and is a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team.Ernesto is responsible for Citi outside North America, working in close partnership with all products and functions, to be the preeminent bank for clients with cross-border needs and a global leader in wealth management. His role also includes direct accountability for delivering industry leading risk and controls and providing comprehensive oversight of all legal entities across Citi’s International markets.Ernesto joined Citi as a corporate banker and has a career of over three decades at the firm spanning several leadership roles. Most recently, Ernesto served for nearly four years as CEO of Citi Latin America. Under his leadership, Citi grew all of its businesses in Latin America and increased Citi’s leadership in the institutional business while maintaining a robust risk and control environment. From 2014 to 2019, Ernesto was CEO of Citibanamex and from 2012 to 2014, CEO of Citibanamex Consumer Banking.Ernesto holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University, Atlanta. Sara Wechter is Citi's Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for the company’s overall talent strategy and key functions including recruiting, learning and development, talent management, total rewards and employee relations. She assumed this role in July 2018.Under Sara’s leadership, Citi has been recognized as an industry leader in workplace practices, from its early commitment to pay transparency to transitioning its 200,000-plus workforce to a hybrid work model.Prior to this role, Sara served as Citi's Head of Talent and Diversity as well as Chief of Staff to former Citi CEO Mike Corbat. She has held several roles since first joining Citi in 2004. After working in Investment Banking, Sara joined Citi's Corporate M&amp;A and Strategy team in 2007 and worked on the sale of Smith Barney and the government investments during the financial crisis. She also served as Chief of Staff to Richard Parsons and Michael O'Neill during their respective terms as Chair of Citi's Board of Directors. Brandee McHale leads Citi’s efforts to advance economic opportunity through impact investing, community-based financial access and education programs, fulfilment of U.S. Community Reinvestment Act regulatory obligations, employee volunteerism and the philanthropy of the Citi Foundation.With more than three decades of experience in financial services and philanthropy, Brandee has dedicated her career to developing forward-thinking solutions that connect low-income communities to jobs, housing and a more economically secure future. Prior to her current role, she led Citi’s corporate citizenship efforts, including volunteerism, environmental sustainability and the Citi Foundation’s philanthropy. She previously served as Director of Operations for Citi Community Capital. She also helped establish a business and philanthropic case for financial inclusion and asset building as a program officer at the Ford Foundation.Brandee serves on the Board of Directors of the Council on Foundations and National Association of Affordable Housing Lenders and is a member of the Federal Depository Insurance Corporation (FDIC)’s Advisory Committee on Economic Inclusion. She has experience in program management, evaluation and monitoring, and data analysis. Viswas "Vis" Raghavan is the Head of Banking and Executive Vice Chair at Citi. As Head of Banking, he oversees the firm’s corporate, commercial and investment banking activities, and partners with Citi’s international franchises to drive global delivery of the firm’s resources across nearly 100 markets. In his role as Executive Vice Chair, Vis helps shape and drive Citi’s firm-wide strategy, including the development and execution of key strategic initiatives across the firm. He is a member of Citi's Executive Management Team and the Board of Citi Foundation.Prior to joining Citi, Vis was Head of Global Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan, after previously having served as Co-Head of Global Investment and Corporate Banking since 2020. In addition to his global Banking responsibilities, he was also Chief Executive Officer of J.P. Morgan in Europe, the Middle East and Africa since 2017, working with the bank's senior country officers and business heads to deliver for clients across all lines of business in the region. He first joined J.P. Morgan in 2000 and has held senior roles in Debt and Equity Capital Markets globally.Vis grew up in India and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from The University of Bombay and holds a Bachelor of Science honors degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from Aston University in Birmingham, U.K., from where he also received an honorary doctorate in 2016. Mark Mason is Executive Vice Chair and Senior Executive Advisor to the Chair and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Citi. In this capacity, he provides strategic counsel to the CEO and senior leadership team, supporting the firm’s long-term strategy, operating priorities and key stakeholder engagement.Prior to this role, Mr. Mason served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Citi from February 2019 to February 2026. As CFO, he led the company's financial stewardship through a decade marked by significant macroeconomic turbulence. His work over the past seven years has included recasting the firm’s strategy to generate higher returns and increase capital distribution to shareholders while simultaneously driving Citi’s international consumer divestitures and delivering against the firmwide transformation as well as rebuilding investor confidence.Mr. Mason joined Citi in 2001 and has held several senior operational, strategic and financial leadership roles, including CEO of Citi Private Bank, CFO of the Institutional Clients Group, and CFO and Head of Strategy and M&amp;A for Citi’s Global Wealth Management division. Mr. Mason was instrumental in navigating the firm through the Global Financial Crisis in his capacity as Chief Operating Officer and then CEO of Citi Holdings.Prior to joining Citi, Mr. Mason was Director of Strategy and Business Development at Lucent Technologies and spent several years as a strategy consultant with Marakon Associates. Earlier in his career, he worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs.Mr. Mason serves as Vice Chair and Trustee of Howard University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and graduated with Honors.
