David Livingstone was named Citi’s Chief Client Officer in September 2023. In this capacity, David is responsible for driving the delivery of Citi’s coverage and capabilities to clients and enhancing the client experience globally. David is a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team, which he joined in 2019.Previously, David served for almost five years as Chief Executive Officer of Citi’s activities in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Under his leadership, Citi grew all of its businesses, operating in over 100 countries in the region, including expanding the Commercial Bank. He also helped Citi to navigate the pandemic in its largest region and led the firm’s response globally to the war in Ukraine and the resulting sanctions against Russia. From 2016 to 2019, David was Citi Country Officer for Australia and New Zealand and a member of Citi’s Asia Pacific Executive Management Team.David joined Citi in 2016 from Credit Suisse AG, where he was Vice Chairman of the Investment Banking and Capital Markets Division and Head of Mergers &amp; Acquisitions for the EMEA region. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Credit Suisse Australia from 2010 to 2013. David joined Credit Suisse in 2007 from HSBC, where he was Head of EMEA Investment Banking Advisory. Prior to that, he worked at the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. for over 16 years in a variety of senior roles in the investment banking division, particularly in the Mergers &amp; Acquisitions department.David has extensive transaction and client experience in Mergers &amp; Acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and capital raisings. Mark Mason was named Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Citi in February 2019. He is responsible for the financial management of the company and oversees Strategy and M&amp;A, Treasury and Controllers. He is a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team.Prior to being named Citi CFO, Mark served as CFO of Citi's Institutional Clients Group and was the executive responsible for Citi's Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review submission process.Mark joined Citi in 2001 and has held several senior operational, strategic and financial executive positions, including CEO of Citi Private Bank, CEO of Citi Holdings and CFO and Head of Strategy and M&amp;A for Citi's Global Wealth Management Division.Prior to his tenure at Citi, Mark was Director of Strategy and Business Development with Lucent Technologies. Edward Skyler joined Citi in 2010 and is now Head of Enterprise Services &amp; Public Affairs. A member of Citi’s Executive Management Team reporting to the CEO, Edward has responsibility for managing several global operations, including Aviation, Colleague &amp; Client Services and Citi’s real estate portfolio, as well as functions that shape the reputation of Citi, including Communications, Government Affairs, Sustainability/ESG, Community Investing &amp; Development and Citi’s compliance with the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). He chairs Citi’s Reputation Risk Committee and the Board of the Citi Foundation. He also shares oversight of Investor Relations and Regulatory Affairs.Prior to joining Citi, Edward served as a member of Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg's administration from 2002 to 2010, rising to the position of Deputy Mayor for Operations for the City of New York. In that capacity, he oversaw the performance of the City's main operational agencies and served as a top budget, legislative and labor negotiator. Ernesto Torres Cantú was appointed Citi’s Head of International in September 2023 and is a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team.Ernesto is responsible for Citi outside North America, working in close partnership with all products and functions, to be the preeminent bank for clients with cross-border needs and a global leader in wealth management. His role also includes direct accountability for delivering industry leading risk and controls and providing comprehensive oversight of all legal entities across Citi’s International markets.Ernesto joined Citi as a corporate banker and has a career of over three decades at the firm spanning several leadership roles. Most recently, Ernesto served for nearly four years as CEO of Citi Latin America. Under his leadership, Citi grew all of its businesses in Latin America and increased Citi’s leadership in the institutional business while maintaining a robust risk and control environment. From 2014 to 2019, Ernesto was CEO of Citibanamex and from 2012 to 2014, CEO of Citibanamex Consumer Banking.Ernesto holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University, Atlanta. He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at ITESM.

Sara Wechter is Citi's Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for the company’s overall talent strategy and key functions including recruiting, learning and development, talent management, total rewards and employee relations. She assumed this role in July 2018.Under Sara’s leadership, Citi has been recognized as an industry leader in workplace practices, from its early commitment to pay transparency to transitioning its 200,000-plus workforce to a hybrid work model.Prior to this role, Sara served as Citi's Head of Talent and Diversity as well as Chief of Staff to former Citi CEO Mike Corbat. She has held several roles since first joining Citi in 2004. After working in Investment Banking, Sara joined Citi's Corporate M&amp;A and Strategy team in 2007 and worked on the sale of Smith Barney and the government investments during the financial crisis. She also served as Chief of Staff to Richard Parsons and Michael O'Neill during their respective terms as Chair of Citi's Board of Directors. During her time with the Chairs, Sara supported Citi’s Board of Directors through a CEO transition, regulator and government engagements, and the re-composition of the Citi Board.Sara serves on the Board of Directors of the Citi Foundation, the Board of Directors of Onex Corporation, NYU Langone Board of Overseers, NYU Langone’s KiDS Advisory Board, and is the Vice Chair elect of the Marlene Meyerson JCC Board of Directors in New York City. Brandee McHale leads Citi’s efforts to advance economic opportunity through impact investing, community-based financial access and education programs, fulfilment of U.S. Community Reinvestment Act regulatory obligations, employee volunteerism and the philanthropy of the Citi Foundation.With more than three decades of experience in financial services and philanthropy, Brandee has dedicated her career to developing forward-thinking solutions that connect low-income communities to jobs, housing and a more economically secure future. Prior to her current role, she led Citi’s corporate citizenship efforts, including volunteerism, environmental sustainability and the Citi Foundation’s philanthropy. She previously served as Director of Operations for Citi Community Capital. She also helped establish a business and philanthropic case for financial inclusion and asset building as a program officer at the Ford Foundation.Brandee serves on the Board of Directors of the Council on Foundations and National Association of Affordable Housing Lenders and is a member of the Federal Depository Insurance Corporation (FDIC)’s Advisory Committee on Economic Inclusion. She previously served on the Board of Directors for two leading organizations focused on income and wealth gaps, Living Cities, a philanthropic collaborative made up of the largest U.S private and corporate foundations, and Prosperity Now, a D.C.-based public policy and research entity. Eliza has 15 years of experience in the social impact sector. Before joining Citi, she was a Senior Associate at the Bernard and Anne Spitzer Charitable Trust and a Program Associate at the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation.&nbsp; Eliza holds a Master of Public Administration in Social Impact, Innovation, and Investment from the Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service at New York University, where she was a Public Service Scholarship recipient and a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude in Art History from Duke University. &nbsp;

Zebradedra Hunter is a Program Officer at the Citi Foundation where she oversees strategic partnerships across the U.S. and international portfolios, including the Global Innovation Challenge and Community Progress Makers initiatives. In addition, she supports strategy development and financial planning.Prior to joining the Foundation, Zebradedra worked at USA TODAY holding company, Gannett, where she supported the restructuring of the company’s annual grantmaking programs, reviewed grant proposals, and managed the grants management software.Zebradedra holds a Master's in Public Policy with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Loyola University Maryland.

Kristen Scheyder leads the Citi Foundation’s program team in the development and execution of key initiatives including the Global Innovation Challenge, Community Progress Makers and the Community Finance Innovation Fund, all of which have been designed to advance the Foundation’s mission of promoting economic progress around the world.Kristen has been a community development practitioner for more than 25 years, with experience in the banking, government and nonprofit sectors. Prior to joining the Citi Foundation in 2012, she held a variety of leadership roles at NeighborWorks America, HSBC Bank, Seedco (now TruFund Financial Services), the City of Philadelphia; and the New Jersey Economic Development Authority.She earned a Master's in Government Administration from the Fels Center of Government at the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College.

Prior to joining the Citi Foundation, she spent five years working for The Learning Project, a nonprofit educational management organization, as Director of Finance and Administration. Charlotte brings extensive social impact expertise to the Citi Foundation having previously worked at the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation, the Leona M and Harry B. Esther Lee is a Grants Management Associate, responsible for system management and grants administration. Prior to this role, Esther was an Associate on Citi’s Charitable Contributions Governance team. Previously, Esther worked at the American Jewish World Service as a Program Associate in the Strategic Learning, Research and Evaluation division. She has experience in program management, evaluation and monitoring, and data analysis. She also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Madagascar.&nbsp; Esther holds a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Arts in International Affairs from Columbia University.

Viswas "Vis" Raghavan is the Head of Banking and Executive Vice Chair at Citi. As Head of Banking, he oversees the firm’s corporate, commercial and investment banking activities, and partners with Citi’s international franchises to drive global delivery of the firm’s resources across nearly 100 markets. In his role as Executive Vice Chair, Vis helps shape and drive Citi’s firm-wide strategy, including the development and execution of key strategic initiatives across the firm. He is a member of Citi's Executive Management Team and the Board of Citi Foundation.Prior to joining Citi, Vis was Head of Global Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan, after previously having served as Co-Head of Global Investment and Corporate Banking since 2020. In addition to his global Banking responsibilities, he was also Chief Executive Officer of J.P. Morgan in Europe, the Middle East and Africa since 2017, working with the bank's senior country officers and business heads to deliver for clients across all lines of business in the region. He first joined J.P. Morgan in 2000 and has held senior roles in Debt and Equity Capital Markets globally.Vis grew up in India and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from The University of Bombay and holds a Bachelor of Science honors degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from Aston University in Birmingham, U.K., from where he also received an honorary doctorate in 2016. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
