Mario Lewis, Head of North America Regulatory Engagement, Institutional Clients Group

Darren Jarvis is the Chief Administrative Officer for the Institutional Clients Group (ICG). Darren’s role is to work with ICG product heads, their respective control leads and the firm’s second line and Internal Audit partners, to further strengthen Citi’s focus on the control framework across ICG. Darren leads a number of cross-ICG control projects and represents the ICG on cross-Citi control initiatives.

Julia Zilberman is the Head of Client Engagement and Marketing for the Institutional Clients Group (ICG). In this role, Julia leads ICG’s client engagement strategy with regards to creation, integration and distribution of ICG content to clients. Julia offers insights and advice to ICG products and offerings to increase connectivity across ICG businesses and to enhance the client relationship.
