Jane Fraser is the Chair of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Citi, the world's most global bank, which serves clients in more than 180 countries and jurisdictions.&nbsp;Since becoming CEO in March 2021, Jane has launched a multi-year strategy to transform, simplify and modernize the bank for the digital age. Jane is committed to making Citi the preeminent banking partner for institutions with cross-border needs, a global leader in wealth management and a valued personal bank in its home market of the U.S. She was named Chair of the Board in October 2025.During her over 20-year career at Citi, Jane has held leadership roles across Citi’s consumer and institutional businesses. Before becoming CEO, she was President of Citi and CEO of the Global Consumer Bank. She also served as Global Head of Strategy and M&amp;A, CEO of Citi’s Private Bank and CEO of Citigroup Latin America, among other leadership roles. Jane joined Citi in 2004 in the Corporate and Investment Banking division. Before joining Citi, Jane was a Partner at McKinsey &amp; Company.&nbsp;Jane serves on the Board of Directors of the Business Roundtable, the Council on Foreign Relations, the U.S. Saudi Business Council and the Partnership for New York City. She is Chair of the Financial Services Forum and a member of the Group of Thirty, Monetary Authority of Singapore’s International Advisory Panel, Harvard Business School’s Board of Dean’s Advisors, the Stanford Global Advisory Board and the Economic Club of New York. Jane has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an M.A. in economics from Cambridge University. She is married with two children.

Mark Mason was named Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Citi in February 2019. He is responsible for the financial management of the company and oversees Strategy and M&amp;A, Treasury and Controllers. He is a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team.Prior to being named Citi CFO, Mark served as CFO of Citi's Institutional Clients Group and was the executive responsible for Citi's Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review submission process.Mark joined Citi in 2001 and has held several senior operational, strategic and financial executive positions, including CEO of Citi Private Bank, CEO of Citi Holdings and CFO and Head of Strategy and M&amp;A for Citi's Global Wealth Management Division.Prior to his tenure at Citi, Mark was Director of Strategy and Business Development with Lucent Technologies. He also spent several years as a strategy consultant with Marakon Associates, working with a number of Fortune 100 companies to develop strategies to maximize shareholder value. Mark also has investment banking experience with the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.Mark serves as a trustee of Howard University, where he received a B.B.A. degree in finance and graduated with honors. He also holds an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School. Shahmir Khaliq is the Head of Services at Citi and a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team. As Head of Services, he leads five business lines – Liquidity Management Services, Payments, Trade &amp; Working Capital Solutions, Investor Services and Issuer Services – which provide cash management, payments/receivables solutions, working capital solutions, post-trade securities services and issuer services across Citi’s global network. The Services business at Citi operates the largest network in the industry, serving more than 19,000 clients across 94 countries, including more than 85% of the Fortune 500 companies. Shahmir began his career with Citi in 1991 and has since held various leadership roles across Banking, Markets and Services. He served as Country Cluster Head for Citi’s Central European operations. He was also responsible for leading the Direct Custody and Clearing business from 2017-2020, following his role as Head of Investor Services, North America. Most recently, Shahmir served as Citi’s Global Head of TTS, helping to solidify its position as the industry’s leading transaction services business for institutional clients. Shahmir holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the London Business School, a post-graduate diploma in Economics from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from the University of Karachi. He is also co-lead of Citi’s Asian Heritage Network.
