The Citi Office of Homeownership Preservation-OHP was created to develop and maintain a dialogue, and establish relationships with third parties representing Citi borrowers in danger of losing their homes. In addition to borrower outreach, OHP works with industry stakeholders including nonprofit partners to adopt and expand practices and policies that result in the improvement of the overall experience of the Counselor and the Borrower as well as facilitate a more timely solution. OHP collaborates with various Citi businesses to bring their resources to community groups to support community stabilization and revitalization activities, and responsible disposition of Real Estate Owned. It seeks opportunities to source innovative solutions that make communities better places to live and work.
