Citi began its operations in Türkiye in 1975 and expanded in 1981 by establishing a branch. However, Citi’s involvement in Türkiye dates back to 1946, having played a role in financing numerous development projects such as motorway financings, power plants and dams. In 1998, Citi launched commercial banking services and today offers its corporate and commercial clients a wide range of products, including loans, treasury solutions, cash management, trade finance and custody businesses.
