Jane Fraser is the Chief Executive Officer of Citi, the world's most global bank, which serves clients in nearly 160 countries and jurisdictions.
Since becoming CEO in March 2021, Jane has launched a multi-year strategy to transform, simplify and modernize the bank for the digital age. Jane is committed to making Citi the preeminent banking partner for institutions with cross-border needs, a global leader in wealth management and a valued personal bank in its home market of the U.S.
During her 19-year career at Citi, Jane has held leadership roles across Citi&rsquo;s consumer and institutional businesses. Before becoming CEO, she was President of Citi and CEO of the Global Consumer Bank. She also served as Global Head of Strategy and M&amp;A, CEO of Citi&rsquo;s Private Bank and CEO of Citigroup Latin America, among other leadership roles. Jane joined Citi in 2004 in the Corporate and Investment Banking division. Before joining Citi, Jane was a Partner at McKinsey &amp; Company.
Jane serves on the Board of Directors of the Business Roundtable and the Council on Foreign Relations. She is Vice Chair of the Partnership for New York City as well as the Financial Services Forum and a member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore&rsquo;s International Advisory Panel, Harvard Business School&rsquo;s Board of Dean&rsquo;s Advisors, the Stanford Global Advisory Board, the Economic Club of New York and President Biden&rsquo;s Export Council. Jane has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an M.A. in economics from Cambridge University. She is married with two children.

Mark Mason was named Chief Financial Officer of Citi in February 2019. He is responsible for the financial management of the company and also spearheads Citi&rsquo;s Expense Management and Citi Ventures initiatives. He is a member of Citi&rsquo;s Executive Management Team.
Prior to being named Citi CFO, Mark served as CFO of Citi&rsquo;s Institutional Clients Group and was the executive responsible for Citi&rsquo;s Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) submission process.
Mark joined Citi in 2001 and has held several senior operational, strategic, and financial executive positions, including CEO of Citi Private Bank, CEO of Citi Holdings and CFO and Head of Strategy and M&amp;A for Citi&rsquo;s Global Wealth Management Division.
Prior to his tenure at Citi, Mark was Director of Strategy and Business Development with Lucent Technologies. He also spent several years as Strategy Consultant with Marakon Associates, working with a number of Fortune 100 companies to develop strategies to maximize shareholder value. Mark also has investment banking experience with Goldman Sachs &amp; Co.
Mark serves as a Trustee of Howard University, where he received a B.B.A. in finance and graduated with honors. He also holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is a former Director of Primerica, Inc. (NYSEL PRI)
Mark resides in New Jersey with his wife and two children.
