During her 19-year career at Citi, Jane has held leadership roles across Citi&rsquo;s consumer and institutional businesses. Before becoming CEO, she was President of Citi and CEO of the Global Consumer Bank, responsible for all of Citi&rsquo;s consumer businesses in 19 markets. She also spearheaded the firm&rsquo;s efforts to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, which she carried into her position as CEO.
Jane joined Citi in 2004 in the Corporate and Investment Banking division. Jane served as Citi&rsquo;s Global Head of Strategy and Mergers &amp; Acquisitions from 2007 to 2009, as the CEO of Citi's Global Private Bank from 2009 to 2013, as the CEO of Citi Mortgage from 2013 to 2014, as the CEO of the U.S. Consumer and Commercial Bank and Global Mortgages from 2014 to 2015 and as the CEO of Citigroup Latin America from 2015 to 2019.
Before joining Citi, Jane was a Partner at McKinsey &amp; Company. She started her career at Goldman Sachs in the Mergers &amp; Acquisitions department in London and then worked for Asesores Burs&aacute;tiles in Madrid.
Jane serves on the Board of Directors of the Business Roundtable and the Council on Foreign Relations. She is Vice Chair of the Partnership for New York City as well as the Financial Services Forum and a member of the Monetary Authority of Singapore&rsquo;s International Advisory Panel, Harvard Business School&rsquo;s Board of Dean&rsquo;s Advisors, the Stanford Global Advisory Board, the Economic Club of New York and President Biden&rsquo;s Export Council. Jane has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an M.A. in economics from Cambridge University. She is married with two children.

Mark Mason was named Chief Financial Officer of Citi in February 2019. He is responsible for the financial management of the company and also spearheads Citi&rsquo;s Expense Management and Citi Ventures Initiatives. Prior to being named Citi CFO, Mr. Mason served as CFO of Citi&rsquo;s Institutional Clients Group (ICG) and was the executive responsible for Citi&rsquo;s Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) submission process.
Mr. Mason joined Citi in 2001 and has held several senior operational, strategic, and financial executive positions, including CEO of Citi Private Bank, CEO of Citi Holdings and CFO and Head of Strategy and M&amp;A for Citi&rsquo;s Global Wealth Management Division.
Prior to his tenure at Citi, Mr. Mason was Director of Strategy and Business Development with Lucent Technologies. He also spent several years as Strategy Consultant with Marakon Associates, working with a number of Fortune 100 companies to develop strategies to maximize shareholder value. Mr. Mason also has investment banking experience with Goldman, Sachs &amp; Co.
Mr. Mason serves as a Trustee of Howard University, where he received a B.B.A. in finance and graduated with honors. He also holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He is a former Director of Primerica, Inc. (NYSEL PRI)

Citi Second Quarter 2023 Earnings Review

Seoul/Hong Kong <cite>&mdash; </cite>Citi Securities Services today announced that it has been selected by NH Investment &amp; Securities Co., Ltd. (NHI&amp;S) as its global custody provider, as NHI&amp;S expands their business model to include trustee services for private investment funds in South Korea, an industry-first move in the country.
Founded in 1969, NHI&amp;S is one of South Korea&rsquo;s largest and most successful securities firms. Its recent decision to provide trustee services on offshore assets, makes it the first Korean broker-dealer to do so. Historically, these services were only offered by local Korean banks.
As part of this expansion, NHI&amp;S will first act as the trustee for private investment funds (with global markets exposure) specifically targeting Korean institutional clients and will later&nbsp; expand its capabilities to offer trustee services for funds designed for Korean retail investors.

Relationship Tiers will allow access to enhanced Citi benefits and services including waived Monthly Service Fees on checking and savings accounts, waived Citi fees at non-Citi ATMs, professional financial planning and much more. Streamlined Fees&nbsp;
Citi is expanding on its commitment to make banking more accessible and inclusive for people across the income spectrum. Customers not in a Relationship Tier can avoid Monthly Service Fees in their Citi Checking account by making Enhanced Direct Deposits of $250 or more each month; in their Citi Savings account by having $500+ or more in Average Monthly Balance or owning both a Citi Checking and Savings account; and during the month they open an account and for three calendar months after account opening. Since summer 2022, Citi has defined Enhanced Direct Deposits to include deposits via Zelle&reg; and other peer-to-peer payments when made via the Automated Clearing House using providers such as Venmo or PayPal. This policy helps to remove a barrier that workers may face who primarily receive income through peer-to-peer payments.&nbsp; &nbsp; Beginning in 2022, Citi has eliminated a number of its retail consumer banking fees, including overdraft fees, returned item fees, and overdraft protection fees with plans to remove additional retail banking fees in the coming months. &nbsp;
