Andrew Fox is the Secretary of the Citi Foundation & Director of Transactions and Data Management of Community Investing and Development at Citi. He leads the grants management function within the operations team, and is responsible for grants administration, information management, data analysis and reporting, and IT management. Prior to joining Citi, Andrew worked in the office of the chief operating officer, general counsel and secretary of The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation.
Andrew is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts—Amherst, Trinity College Dublin and University College Dublin.
