Charlotte Gauthier

Charlotte Gauthier is a Program Officer at the Citi Foundation where she oversees strategic partnerships across the U.S. and international portfolios, including the implementation of Citi Foundation’s Global Innovation Challenge, Community Finance Innovation Fund and crisis response initiatives. Charlotte brings extensive social impact expertise to the Citi Foundation having previously worked at the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation, the Leona M and Harry B. Helmesely Charitable Trust and the World Bank. 

Charlotte holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Universidad de San Andres, Argentina.
