Florencia Spangaro
Chief Operating Officer of the Citi Foundation & Head of Programs for Community Investing and Development at Citi
Florencia Spangaro is the Chief Operating Officer of the Citi Foundation, overseeing the Foundation’s global strategy, program budget planning, stakeholder engagement and initiative execution. She also serves as Head of Programs for Community Investing and Development at Citi.
Prior to joining the Citi Foundation in 2010, Florencia worked for Citi's Europe, Middle East and Africa regional office in London, where she was responsible for coordinating philanthropic and volunteering programs across the region. Before joining Citi, Florencia worked for the Argentine Embassy in London.
Florencia holds a Master in Corporate Social Responsibility from Metropolitan University in London and a Master's in International and Comparative Legal Studies from SOAS, University of London.
