Kristen Scheyder
Director of Programs
Kristen Scheyder leads the Citi Foundation’s program team in the development and execution of key initiatives including the Global Innovation Challenge, Community Progress Makers and the Community Finance Innovation Fund, all of which have been designed to advance the Foundation’s mission of promoting economic progress around the world.
Kristen has been a community development practitioner for more than 25 years, with experience in the banking, government and nonprofit sectors. Prior to joining the Citi Foundation in 2012, she held a variety of leadership roles at NeighborWorks America, HSBC Bank, Seedco (now TruFund Financial Services), the City of Philadelphia; and the New Jersey Economic Development Authority.
She earned a Master's in Government Administration from the Fels Center of Government at the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College.
