Staphany Hou

Staphany sources, diligences, and executes new investment opportunities across all the fund’s verticals. Prior to joining Citi, she worked at several impact investment funds focusing on healthcare, education, and circular economy investments, including Closed Loop Partners, the Soros Economic Development Fund, and the Social Entrepreneurs' Fund. Previously, Staphany worked in private equity at Advent International and began her career at Bain & Company. 

Staphany has a BA from Yale University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
