Biography
Sameer Singh is Co-Head of the Americas' Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) group at Citi, bringing over 25 years of extensive investment banking experience across various sectors. In his role, he leads significant M&A activities throughout North America, leveraging his deep expertise to advise clients on complex transactions.
He has advised clients on transactions in excess of 350 billion dollars in value across the Industrials, Autos, Transportation & Logistics, Fintech and Technology sectors.
Sameer holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance and Accounting, both from The Wharton School.
