In this video they discuss some of the findings, looking at how AI can help employers find the best candidates, solve the hiring ‘black hole’ issue, improve internal mobility and reduce admin tasks. AI will also be used by candidates to find and apply for new roles and even provide career coaches. In the future, could AI be involved in 90% of hires?
