Jane Fraser is the Chair of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Citi, the world's most global bank, which serves clients in more than 180 countries and jurisdictions.&nbsp;Since becoming CEO in March 2021, Jane has launched a multi-year strategy to transform, simplify and modernize the bank for the digital age. Jane is committed to making Citi the preeminent banking partner for institutions with cross-border needs, a global leader in wealth management and a valued personal bank in its home market of the U.S. She was named Chair of the Board in October 2025.During her over 20-year career at Citi, Jane has held leadership roles across Citi’s consumer and institutional businesses. Before becoming CEO, she was President of Citi and CEO of the Global Consumer Bank. She also served as Global Head of Strategy and M&amp;A, CEO of Citi’s Private Bank and CEO of Citigroup Latin America, among other leadership roles. Jane joined Citi in 2004 in the Corporate and Investment Banking division. Before joining Citi, Jane was a Partner at McKinsey &amp; Company.&nbsp;Jane serves on the Board of Directors of the Business Roundtable, the Council on Foreign Relations, the U.S. Saudi Business Council and the Partnership for New York City. She is Chair of the Financial Services Forum and a member of the Group of Thirty, Monetary Authority of Singapore’s International Advisory Panel, Harvard Business School’s Board of Dean’s Advisors, the Stanford Global Advisory Board and the Economic Club of New York. Jane has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an M.A. in economics from Cambridge University. She is married with two children.

Mark Mason was named Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Citi in February 2019. He is responsible for the financial management of the company and oversees Strategy and M&amp;A, Treasury and Controllers. He is a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team.Prior to being named Citi CFO, Mark served as CFO of Citi's Institutional Clients Group and was the executive responsible for Citi's Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review submission process.Mark joined Citi in 2001 and has held several senior operational, strategic and financial executive positions, including CEO of Citi Private Bank, CEO of Citi Holdings and CFO and Head of Strategy and M&amp;A for Citi's Global Wealth Management Division.Prior to his tenure at Citi, Mark was Director of Strategy and Business Development with Lucent Technologies. He also spent several years as a strategy consultant with Marakon Associates, working with a number of Fortune 100 companies to develop strategies to maximize shareholder value. Mark also has investment banking experience with the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.Mark serves as a trustee of Howard University, where he received a B.B.A. degree in finance and graduated with honors. He also holds an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School. Gonzalo Luchetti is the Head of U.S. Personal Banking, leading the delivery of a single, seamless client experience across retail banking, retail services and branded cards. Gonzalo guides the bank in its digital-first approach to serving more than 70 million clients, with a physical branch network in six key markets and national scale in credit cards and lending. He is a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team.Prior to his current role, Gonzalo served as Head of the Consumer Bank in Asia and EMEA. In this role, he was responsible for all consumer banking activities, including deposits, wealth management, Bancassurance, small business, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages.Previously, he served as the Head of the Asia Retail Bank, helping to lead a significant transformation of the business by calibrating its distribution network, driving the path to scale for select franchises and digitizing the business model. Before moving to Asia, he served in New York as the Global Head of Wealth Management and Insurance, leading Citigold, Citigold Private Client, Investment and Insurance product distribution globally, as well as the International Personal Bank.Gonzalo joined Citi in 2006 as Head of Strategy for Citi Private Bank in Latin America. He expanded his responsibilities in 2007 when he also became the Chief Financial Officer for the business.
