Co-Head of Sustainability & Corporate Transitions Group and Global Head of Strategy, Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory, Citi

Bridget Fawcett is the Global Head of Strategy for Citi's Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory business, where she is responsible for global strategy, client engagement and business development efforts. Bridget is also the Global Co-Head of the Sustainability & Corporate Transitions Investment Banking Group, where she oversees a team that delivers ESG advisory and corporate finance solutions to corporations. Bridget sits on BCMA’s Executive Committee and is actively engaged in Citi Women’s equity and inclusion initiatives. Bridget is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Task Force on “Financing the Transition” addressing longer-term funding and capital market considerations for carbon intensive sectors. She is also a member of WEF’s Future Council on Financial and Monetary Systems and formerly co-chaired the council effort.

Prior to her current role, Bridget was the Chief Financial Officer for Citi’s Corporate and Investment Banking division, where she focused on re-engineering the global business post the financial crisis and establishing client-driven financial and performance metrics. She also headed the Client Strategy Group and was responsible for client strategy and innovation efforts. Prior to these roles, she was an Investment Banker in Citi's Real Estate Group.

Bridget is actively involved in various non-profit organizations. She is a Member of the Corporation of Yaddo and serves as Trustee Emeritus of St. Paul’s School, the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (MASS MoCA) and the Berkshire Theatre Festival. Bridget serves as Co-Chair of Dartmouth’s Centennial Circle of Alumnae and leads Yale’s Parent Leadership Council for the Class of 2022. She was a founding Co-Chair of Phillips Academy Andover’s Parent Advancement Council and served on the steering committee for the Dartmouth College Fund.

Bridget received her B.A. from Dartmouth College in Russian Language.

Managing Director & Vice Chairman, Global Co-Head, Sustainability & Corporate Transition

Keith is the Global Co-Head of Citi’s Sustainability & Corporate Transitions Group. In this role, Keith leads Citi’s sustainability engagement with its corporate clients, supporting them with strategic and M&A advice, financing and capital markets solutions, and investor engagement, as they transition their businesses towards more sustainable models.

Prior to Citi, Keith was the CEO of The B Team, an NGO comprised of a group of 24 CEO’s of global companies, leading entrepreneurs, and civil society leaders to drive a better way of doing business. Keith was an active participant in the Paris Climate Agreement process and the launch of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and led the creation of the first “net-zero companies” in 2015. He was a Founding Board Member of the We Mean Business climate coalition.

Keith was the Head of Investment Banking, a Partner, and Board Member of Goldman Sachs in Australia (2002-07). He co-led the negotiations for the successful merger of Goldman Sachs Australia and JB Were, and then led the merged Investment Banking business for the subsequent as it grew to a top 3 position in the Australasian market. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 2002, he was a Managing Director at UBS in Australia (2006-2002). Keith commenced his career as a commercial lawyer for Allen Allen & Hemsley (1989-91)

Keith is the Founder of impact investing company, NEUW Ventures SA; Chairman of the Global Footprint Network (National Footprint Accounts and Earth Overshoot Day); a Director of the EO Wilson Biodiversity Foundation (Half Earth Project); a Governor of WWF Australia; a Global Ambassador for the Wilderness Foundation Global; a Senior Advisor to WILD11; and a member of the Rewilding Europe Circle.

He holds the following qualifications: Bachelor of Economics; Master of Laws (Sydney University); Master of Studies in Sustainability Leadership (Cambridge University, UK).
