Cancelling and replacing your card

Has your card been damaged? Use Citibank Online to block it and order a new one.

 Click REQUEST A REPLACEMENT CARD in the sidebar.

 Use the drop-down menus to tell us about the card.

 Click SUBMIT REQUEST and check through the details you’ve provided.

 All correct? Click CONFIRM.

Your card is cancelled, and a new one is on its way!

Remember, if your card has been lost or stolen, you will need to report this to CitiPhone on 0808 109 8888 or +44 (0) 20 7500 1445 if calling from outside the UK.

For security reasons, you may be asked to enter a One Time Password to complete the process. If so, your One Time Password will be delivered to you via text message.
